Job Description:
- Detailed oriented with strong P&C insurance domain knowledge; IMS experience / knowledge is highly desired
- Rich experience in business system requirement gatherings and documentation involving complex project requirements
- Create detailed business system process / requirements and conduct walkthrough sessions to finalize the requirements
- Agile methodologies expertise is must, knowledge in agile related ceremonies and outcomes
- Experience in creating and maintaining backlogs and prioritization according to the multiple project requirements
- Facilitate and conduct meetings / workshops as required with multiple teams to resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, developers, designers and QA engineers, to deliver quality results
