Partner with the best
As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process through the Job Center platform.
- Provide support and training to service delivery teams for Job Center.
- Assist with knowledge sharing the organization by submitting best practices, case histories & lessons learned.
- Raise issues with software systems to appropriate development teams.
- Suggests improvements in products, processes, and procedures. Works together with people from the business unit.
- Work with Product owners for testing new software updates.
- Handles special projects as required.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Drilling Services Industry.
- Some knowledge of Baker Hughes Drilling Services products and processes.
- Displays an attention to detail and affinity for quality and compliance.
- Displays initiative, is self-driven & flexible.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills
Desired Characteristics
- Ability to learn and use various computer tools to prepare data and visualizations for analysis
- Ability to work independently.

- Occasional home working possible but you must live within a drivable distance of Hub Location.
- This role requires you to be part of an on-call rotation providing 24/7 support to our technical teams
