Job Title: Program Manager - Capital Planning & Supply Chain (3 Openings)
Location: Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Bellevue, WA
Contract: 6-month W2 contract
Pay Rate: $58-$64/hour (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Client: Global e-commerce and logistics company (Fortune 100)


About the Role
We are partnering with a leading global technology and logistics organization to support hiring for three Program Manager openings within their capital planning and supply chain initiatives. These roles are instrumental in enabling operational excellence across construction onboarding and middle-mile logistics.

There are two positions focused on capital project onboarding (Capital Planning PMs) and one position focused on carrier program success (Supply Chain PM).


Role 1 - Program Manager, Capital Planning (2 Openings)

Join the Capital Management team driving seamless onboarding of construction projects across a large-scale network. This role will manage customer support, data backfill, and onboarding operations for estimates, budgets, and Capital Appropriation Requests (CARs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage end-to-end onboarding workflows from intake through deployment

  • Partner cross-functionally with Capital Planning, Pre-Construction, and Post-CAR Support teams

  • Validate system configurations, and ensure data integrity across estimates, budgets, and CARs

  • Resolve data discrepancies and maintain onboarding documentation

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding support and leadership updates

  • Lead onboarding meetings and stakeholder communication

  • Recommend and implement automation and process improvements

  • Report on onboarding metrics and drive continuous improvement

Role 2 - Program Manager, Supply Chain (1 Opening)

Support a greenfield initiative designed to expand the safety and efficiency of the company s middle-mile logistics network. This data-focused program manager will work closely with transportation carriers to ensure onboarding success and program engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with transportation providers about program value, setup, and expectations

  • Oversee onboarding tasks including documentation, training, and system configuration

  • Analyze carrier performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights

  • Provide reporting on safety metrics, program KPIs, and adoption rates

  • Troubleshoot issues and maintain strong carrier relationships

  • Create clear documentation and program reporting for leadership

Qualifications (All Roles)

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager leading complex programs across cross-functional teams

  • Track record of process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution

  • Background in logistics, transportation, or capital project environments preferred
