Job Details

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Junior Architect to join our team and support the delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and exposure to specialized Salesforce products such as Field Service Lightning (FSL), CPQ, Revenue Cloud Analytics (RCA), and Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB).

You will work under the guidance of senior architects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tailored solutions that meet business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Support the design and implementation of solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, CPQ, RCA, and RCB.
  • Assist with configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce components.
  • Participate in data modeling, solution architecture diagrams, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and integrations.
  • Adhere to Salesforce best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and solution design sessions.

Qualifications:

  • 2 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Working knowledge or project exposure to FSL, CPQ, RCA, and RCB.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow.
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model and sharing/security model.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Administrator, or App Builder are a plus.
