Job Description:
- The Change Management Lead will work closely with HR, Communications, CMIOs, CNIOs, and other program leaders to develop and execute tactics that build readiness among Prescribers and Clinicians.
- With the support of the Change Management Team, Clinical Team Lead, and Project Managers, the Change Management Lead will be responsible for designing strategies, planning engagement events, and managing change impacts.
- Post-secondary education in a health-related discipline, or equivalent training and relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior-level change management or healthcare leadership role leading transformation initiatives directly impacting healthcare providers.
- Experience managing change related to clinical documentation, clinical workflow, and/or large-scale healthcare technology projects such as Clinical Information Systems, EHRs, or digital transformation projects.
- 5+ years leading change initiatives in healthcare environments.
- 5+ years working with clinical user groups and managing impacts from healthcare IT or digital transformation projects.
- Lead the development and design of change management approaches to support Prescribers and Clinicians.
- Lead planning and coordination of engagement events, including agenda creation, content development, and translation.
- Lead the collection of Change Impacts relevant to Prescriber and Clinician audiences.
- Plan, track, and manage tasks using the Program Management tool (Jira).
- Work with the Change Management and Communications Lead to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
- Collect feedback from Prescriber and Clinician networks, analyze Change Readiness Survey results, and adapt engagement tactics based on feedback.
- Partner with CMIOs, CNIOs, and other program leaders to build readiness and shared ownership.
- Collaborate with communications, engagement, and HR resources as needed.
- Oversee day-to-day work of team members supporting Prescriber and Clinician engagement activities.
