The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWT s preferred partners. Rate/Salary: A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $75.00 to $80.00 hourly on W2 hourly. Actual pay will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs, and will be set by your employer. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in base pay.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise application projects across multiple business entities. This individual will play a critical role in driving SaaS-based software implementations, integrations, and rollouts that impact multiple companies within our organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in managing complex, multi-entity technology projects and can balance enterprise-level coordination with sensitivity to local business needs and cultures.
This position will report into the PMO, working directly with senior leadership and cross-functional technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle project delivery for enterprise SaaS and application integration initiatives from planning and requirements through execution, testing, deployment, and post-launch stabilization.
- Coordinate across multiple companies/entities within the organization, ensuring alignment of project timelines, deliverables, and integration requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and communication plans.
- Partner closely with internal IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, including internal staff, contractors, and vendor partners (e.g., Oracle, Accenture, etc.).
- Facilitate regular status meetings and executive updates, ensuring clear visibility to project health, risks, and dependencies.
- Adapt project management methods and communications to fit varying company cultures while maintaining consistency with enterprise PMO standards.
- Support change management and stakeholder communication efforts to ensure adoption and minimal business disruption.
- Monitor and report on project financials, timelines, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with established governance.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale IT or application-related projects.
- Proven track record leading SaaS-based application implementations and integrations across multiple business units or companies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and data integration concepts.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing at multiple organizational levels.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficiency with standard project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Capable of building strong relationships across diverse teams and business cultures.
- Strong problem solver with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, multi-company environments with high visibility and sensitivity.
