Job Title: Senior Scrum Master
Location: Atlanta, GA/Charlotte, NC/ New Jersey/ New York (Hybrid)
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Insurance or Banking to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality business solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, excellent facilitation skills, and domain expertise to bridge the gap between business and technology.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Guide teams in Agile best practices, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Remove impediments and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.

Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized and refined backlog.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from Insurance or Banking domains to align deliverables with business goals.

Track Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) to monitor team performance.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.

10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

3+ years of domain experience in Insurance or Banking.

Strong understanding of domain processes such as claims, underwriting, policy administration (Insurance) OR payments, loans, compliance, core banking (Banking).

Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
