About the Role We are seeking a skilled BI Developer with strong hands-on experience in Incorta to design, develop, and optimize business intelligence solutions that enable actionable insights for our organization. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with business acumen to transform complex data into intuitive, scalable dashboards and reports. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Incorta dashboards, schemas, and data pipelines to support business reporting needs. Build and optimize end-to-end BI solutions across multiple data sources including ERP, CRM, and cloud applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data models and visualizations. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization within Incorta. Support ETL processes, including data ingestion, transformation, and validation. Troubleshoot issues, optimize queries, and provide technical support for BI deliverables. Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to implement best practices for BI and reporting. Document technical designs, workflows, and user guides for business users. Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. Proven experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or Data Engineer with focus on Incorta BI platform. Hands-on experience with Incorta schemas, dashboards, data modeling, and data pipelines. Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data integration, and performance tuning. Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and converting them into BI solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, NetSuite) in conjunction with Incorta. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) for BI and data integration. Knowledge of other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) is a plus. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
