Location: Wilmington, DE / Coral Springs, FL (5 days onsite per week)

Job Description

designs, develops, tests, and maintains software applications using Microsoft's .NET framework, primarily with C#, creating web, desktop, or mobile solutions, focusing on clean, scalable code, database integration (SQL), APIs, and working within Agile teams, ensuring security and performance, and staying updated with .NET technologies. Key duties include requirements analysis, coding, debugging, code reviews, documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders for high-quality, efficient applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Development: Build applications (web, mobile, desktop) using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/Framework.
  • Coding: Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code, following best practices.
  • Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality.
  • Collaboration: Work with designers, testers, and stakeholders to define requirements and features.
  • Database: Integrate with databases (e.g., SQL Server) and manage data schemas.
  • APIs & Services: Develop and consume web services and third-party APIs.
  • Maintenance: Upgrade, optimize, and refactor existing applications.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed development documentation.

Essential Skills & Knowledge

  • Languages: C#, VB.NET.
  • Frameworks: ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC.
  • Tools: Git, SVN.
