Job Details
The ask is a for a
- Solid Project Manager with past experience in Data Migration Projects ( usual mix of good communication skills, organizational skills etc)
- Understanding of Data Governance and approvals
- Help with interviews of current users to determine the future use cases ( not necessarily replicate the as-is system)
- Need to take over the current plan and work on execution ( team is being mobilized)
- Remote working ( It would be good if we can get a person in the US)
- Good to have ( NOT MANDATORY)
- Understanding of MS Fabric ( The other vendor already has expertise and is a MS partner)
- Exposure to the Collections industry
Other points on the project
- Complex project with various moving parts
- Project plan will be finalized next week
- DW will be live during the migration and there will be a need for dynamic prioritization
- Data sources include the HR software, Dialing software and primarily the FACS system
- current datalake will be disabled after migration
