Job Description:

Our client is looking for a GRC/IRM Service Now Module owner with the following:

Reasonable understanding of and work experience with the ServiceNow GRC/IRM module (as a product, process, module owner)

Mapping policies to controls

Common controls and their benefits

Assessments

Risk scoring

Engagements and auditing

BCM (business continuity management)

Ability to work with stakeholders, like InfoSec, to discuss and collect requirements and translate them to ServiceNow out of box functionality

Ability to inform and guide stakeholders with GRC/IRM module capabilities, including staying informed of new release functionality

General or better understanding of other ServiceNow modules (esp. ITSM), to understand the broader ServiceNow platform and be able to add value beyond GRC when needed

Good communication skills can present their experience and answer questions in a thoughtful, organized, coherent manner, to demonstrate how they will work with stakeholders and present to leadership



We are looking for someone with more primary experience in ServiceNow, NOT a risk & compliance analyst. Ideally, however, we prefer someone with ServiceNow knowledge first, as being an expert on the GRC/IRM module in ServiceNow will be what they'll need to know the most.
