We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In this role, you will analyze and optimize business processes, bridging the gap between technology and operations to ensure seamless workflow integration. Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend effective solutions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to guide system enhancements.
Configure, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics to align with operational workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs.
Utilize Smartsheet and other tools to streamline project tracking and coordination.
Integrate AI-driven platforms to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
Ensure systems are continuously supported and improved to meet evolving business requirements.
Facilitate Agile Scrum processes to drive project success and maintain momentum.
Conduct regular assessments of system performance and implement necessary updates.
Provide training and support to end-users for new systems and processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in business systems analysis and process optimization.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Smartsheet.
Ability to create and manage detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and their implementation.
Experience integrating AI-driven platforms into business workflows.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Quick adaptability to new tools and technologies.
