Location: Hybrid (West Point, PA or Upper Gwynedd, PA area)

Duration: 08+ Months Contract

They need to be in office 3x per week in the West Point or Upper Gwynedd area. Real World Data Exchange's Change Management Analyst/Business Analyst We are seeking a Change Management Analyst with expertise in change management, user adoption, communication strategy, and stakeholder engagement for a Real-World Data (RWD) Platform.This role will focus on driving user engagement, adoption, and organizational alignment while managing communications, training, and awareness campaigns. The candidate should be able to develop strategic presentations for leadership, design visually compelling PowerPoint decks, extract user usage reports from Excel/Power BI, drive deep platform adoption efforts, understand barriers and promote new ways of working aligned with enterprise, supplement program's training needs via user training development and delivery efforts and collaborate across various teams.

Qualifications and Skills Specific experience for handling o Enterprise Change Management requiring strategic focus o Organizational Change Management requiring interpersonal skills, communications skills, and understanding of group psychology o Individual Change Management requiring strategic thinking and hard/soft skills o Relevant experience working in Agile Methodology Intermediate to advanced skills in SQL, Excel macros, advanced excel is desired Knowledge and experience with Common Data Models, especially OMOP, is desirable Knowledge and skills in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI and Spotfire), Excel, Powerpoint, JIRA, confluence, Microsoft Co-Pilot or advanced visualization language and tools (JavaScript and d3) are preferable Effective oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers Ability to work cross-functionally with business leaders, IT teams, data scientists, and external partners. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting messaging for diverse audiences. Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative Preferred: Prior experience at Merck Familiarity with pharmaceutical R&D platforms, healthcare data (Clinical Trials, EHR/Claims/Registries, Omics, etc.) and data analytics tools. Experience in platform adoption strategies and digital transformation projects. Background in business intelligence, analytics, or user behavior tracking. Certification in Change Management or Project Management (PMP, Agile, Six Sigma) is a plus.

Contract Description:

We currently have a contract opportunity for a Change Management Consultant to lend specific subject matter knowledge around the Real-World Data Platform.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to drive adoption of the Real-World Data Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify key stakeholders and user groups, tailoring engagement strategies to maximize adoption and address their specific needs and challenges.
  • Design and implement training programs utilizing synthetic voice generation programs, workshops, and enablement resources to enhance user proficiency.
  • Create and manage user engagement campaigns for both existing and new users, focusing on innovative ways to improve user experience and retention.
  • Extract and analyze user engagement metrics and platform usage reports using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT/Computer Science related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of Real-World Data (RWD) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) initiatives, with proven experience in change management strategies.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a role related to Business Analyst or Change Management Analyst, preferably involving cloud-based or hybrid platforms.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in SQL and Excel, with experience in BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level decision makers and cross-functional teams.
