RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Hollywood, FL that is seeking an on-site Director of IT. This role works closely with the on-site Executive Committee.

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary IT leader for the establishment
* Heavy emphasis on project management, given the operational and technical needs of the property
* Assess the current technology environment, scope requirements, and define what's needed
* Think outside the box and take a hands-on, solutions-driven approach
* Act as the escalation point for IT issues and remain on call, especially during high-traffic weekends

Schedule Expectations:
* Tuesday-Saturday preferred (open to Monday-Friday initially, with transition)
* Busiest on weekends; Availability during this time is critical

Interview Process:
* Initial interview with the on-site team
* Interview with Director of HR
* Final deep-dive with the hiring leader and colleague

Compensation & Timing:
* Market-rate compensation
* Six-figure salary range
* Bonus: Approximately 5%

Future Growth:
* Company plans to add a significant number of hotels in 2026
* Additional IT leadership and support roles expected to open as expansion continues

REQUIREMENTS:
* Preferred background: Network Engineering and Project Management
* Hospitality industry experience is a strong plus
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

Strong understanding of:
* Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN)
* Servers
* Cybersecurity (ability to mentor and guide best practices)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
