URGENT REQUIREMENT
Role - SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager
Location- Little Rock, AR- Remote work (with potentially some onsite travel)
Duration : 12+ Months contract
Required Skills:
SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager with 5+ years of direct experience managing end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects involving multiple modules such as Onboarding, Recruitment (Recruiting Management/Recruiting Marketing), and Employee Central.
Must blend project management expertise with technical, functional, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications
o SAP Certified Application Associate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding or Recruiting (highly desirable)
o PMP, Agile/Scrum certification (preferred)
- Experience:
o 5+ years of direct experience managing end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects involving multiple modules.
o Expertise in project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
o Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
o Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
o Familiarity with Employee Central, Recruiting, and other SuccessFactors modules.
o Understanding of SAP HCM/ERP and its integration with SuccessFactors.
o Familiarity with government HR structures, policies, and reporting needs.
o Experience working with SAP, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
o Managing contracts, deliverables, and SLAs
