Job Description
We are seeking an on-site Desktop Support Technician to provide technical support for a manufacturing plant environment. This role is critical to ensuring production and office systems remain operational and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site desktop support for all hardware within the manufacturing plant.
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user desktop computers and peripherals for both production lines and office staff.
- Provide technical assistance for computers, phones, printers, and industrial printers.
- Implement and maintain network servers, including Active Directory account management.
- Perform break/fix support for network, server, and end-user devices.
- Manage and track hardware inventory and e-waste.
- Support Windows 10 environments, mobile RF devices, and workstation PCs.
- Troubleshoot network issues (routers, switches) and re-image computers as needed.
- Complete ladder training and climb ladders to reset wireless access points.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilience in managing demanding workloads.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent use of personal computer equipment.
- Occasional stooping, crawling, and lifting up to 50 lbs for hardware installation.
- Ability to climb ladders (up to 20-25 feet) to access catwalks and mezzanines while carrying hardware.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces and around wiring/AC systems.
