About the team:

What you'll do:
- Execute scoped feature or model delivery through collaborative engineering teams
- Own implementation, iteration, testing, and support for assigned services, APIs, user interfaces, or ML model components
- Participate in the discovery phase of small- to medium-sized projects to develop high-level design in partnership with product, UX, and business teams
- Write clean, efficient, and reliable code using languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++
- Drive full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD deployments, automated testing, observability, monitoring, and maintenance
- Build scripts for the automation of repetitive tasks and implement telemetry features independently
- Integrate AI agents and ML components using internal and external APIs
- Leverage GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance development velocity and innovation
- Apply object-oriented programming principles and documentation-based coding practices to ensure modularity and maintainability
- Translate requirements into technical designs and evaluate trade-offs for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
- Assist in converting high-level designs into detailed designs using mock screens, pseudo code, and functional logic
- Provide guidance to small groups of engineers (2-3), including offshore associates
- Engage stakeholders to identify and break down complex business or user problems
- Translate pain points into actionable technical requirements and define metrics to measure solution success
- Conduct complex maintenance procedures and monitor application performance using appropriate metrics
- Ensure adherence to project milestones and timelines through program reporting and logging tools
- Demonstrate responsibility for deliverables, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and business objectives
- Take initiative to resolve issues and drive projects to completion
What you'll bring:
- Strong technical skills, including SQL, software development, and leadership
- Experience with software development lifecycle, including CI/CD deployments, automated testing, observability, monitoring, and maintenance
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and reliable code using languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate requirements into technical designs
- Experience with AI/ML integration and GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively across teams
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and understand the broader system context
- Strong leadership skills, with ability to provide guidance to small groups of engineers and drive projects to completion
- Experience with project management and Agile Methodology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to apply sound reasoning to make informed technical decisions
- Ability to work in a hybrid role, with flexibility to work 2 days a week minimal and increase as needed
- Ability to work on call rotation, 6 weeks, 24/7
