Title: Business Analyst - Salesforce

Duration: 6 months contract potential to extend

Location: Remote Orlando, FL

Job Description:

  • The Business Analyst will be working solely on our Provider Technology projects. The business analyst will work closely with our front-end development team (Salesforce or .NET), as well as internal teams (including, but not limited to, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Product Owner, QA, 3rd party consultants), in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • We are looking for a Business Analyst that is detail oriented, flexible when faced with change, able to manage multiple tasks and projects, skilled at building relationships with internal team members, thrives in a fast-paced work environment, and has a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Able to function as subject matter expert to collect complete and accurate business requirements from internal or external clients or outside business partners and consultants.
  • Work as a team player and leader in order to effectively coordinate across functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to balance product vision and voice of customer in order to recommend and deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Develop documentation that accurately reflects client needs and is clearly defined for Development and QA teams (i.e. business requirements, user stories, wireframes, functional specifications, UAT test plans, etc).
  • Create clear and easy to follow user guides for clients and end-users.
  • Share knowledge and organize training for team members.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in software development projects
  • Proficiency with JIRA and the ability to write User Stories
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite of products (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, etc.)
  • Agile software development experience
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Continuous process improvement skills
  • Partnering and problem-solving mindset
  • Figma or similar wireframe design skills to communicate ideas

The projected hourly range for this position is $60-65/hr.
