Job Title: Oracle CCS Regression Test Automation Engineer

Client is implementing a new cloud-based billing system-Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS). As part of this modernization, the City is responsible for all regression testing, automation development, and release management related to non-base system functionality and integrations with various third-party applications.

Richmond DPU is seeking an experienced Regression Test Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Utilities Testing Accelerator (OUTA) and Oracle CCS. This resource will lead all automation efforts, build regression script libraries, mentor internal staff, and support ongoing testing for releases, patches, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

Test Automation & Regression Testing

  • Develop, configure, and maintain automated test scripts using Oracle Utilities Testing Accelerator (OUTA) for:
    • Functional testing
    • Regression testing
    • End-to-end business process validation
  • Design reusable test assets, including:
    • XML configuration files
    • Test component definitions
    • Data setup scripts

Required Technical Skills (Minimum 3 Years Each)

  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Oracle Utilities Testing Accelerator (OUTA)
    • Groovy, Java, and XML
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
    • Oracle CCS (Customer Cloud Service)
  • Familiarity with ecosystem tools:
    • Azure DevOps
    • CCS Database Actions
    • SQL
