Job Title: Business Consultant/Analyst

Job Description:
Note: Candidate needs between 5 to 8 years of experience along with Experience in Banking Industry/ financial institutions to enhance their originations, collections, notifications, and fraud prevention strategies, omni Channel is must.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical (engineering, software, etc.) field or a bachelor's degree combined with relevant years of experience.
- Experience in Banking Industry/ financial institutions to enhance their originations, collections, notifications, and fraud prevention strategies, omni Channel is must.
- A great communicator, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to solve technical challenges.
- A team player who can bring a positive attitude and productivity in high pressure situations.
- Data Analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and, preferably, business intelligence software.
- Preferred bi-lingual fluency in English and Spanish
- 10-15% travel on a periodic basis as customer and implementation cycle requires.
