Role Overview
We need a hands-on engineer who can operate across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services to deliver production-ready applications with velocity and discipline. This role is execution-heavy: build, enhance, stabilize, and optimize full-stack solutions within a governed enterprise framework.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven) and supporting Power Automate flows with clean, maintainable logic.
Build Azure-based backend components: Functions, Logic Apps, API integrations, cloud-native services, and data layers.
Implement custom connectors, REST integrations, and secure authentication patterns (AAD, OAuth).
Execute against established ALM processes, branching strategies, and DevOps pipelines.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and production hardening.
Collaborate tightly with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and accelerate delivery.
Create reusable components, libraries, and patterns to reduce technical debt and increase development throughput.
Required Experience
4 6+ years combined experience with Power Platform development and Azure engineering.
Hands-on experience building end-to-end solutions that integrate Power Apps with Azure APIs/services.
Solid understanding of Dataverse, SQL, and data modeling standards.
Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, Power Fx, and C# for Azure Functions.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and structured application lifecycle processes.
Ability to translate technical requirements into production-ready code with minimal oversight.
