Job Description
This is a strong opportunity for a proven Sales Executive with 7+ years of professional staffing sales experience to join a fully remote, national sales team. This role is built for true hunters—professionals who thrive on new client acquisition and closing complex staffing deals.
You’ll be responsible for expanding professional staffing services—including Direct Hire, Contingent Staffing, and an innovative MSP-style Direct Hire service model—across mid-market and enterprise clients throughout the U.S.
If you are not comfortable prospecting, pitching, and closing net-new business, this role will not be a fit.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and close new business with mid-market and Fortune 1000 clients
Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through client onboarding
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
Consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Engage with decision-makers across TA, Procurement, MSP, and CW programs
Attend industry conferences and networking events (2–3 times per year)
Must-Have Qualifications
7+ years of success selling Professional Staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, etc.)
Demonstrated track record of net-new client acquisition
Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations
Strong existing relationships with decision-makers in Technology, Finance, Engineering, or similar domains
Well-connected within the talent ecosystem (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW leaders)
Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Bachelor’s degree required
Willingness to travel for industry events (2–3 times annually)
Tech-savvy; experience with CRM tools, Zoom, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Must be based in the United States
