About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled UKG Developer to join our team, focusing on development, customization, and optimization of the UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) platform. This role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance our Human Capital Management (HCM) capabilities, including HR, payroll, time and attendance, and talent management.
We are seeking a skilled UKG Developer to join our team, focusing on development, customization, and optimization of the UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) platform. This role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance our Human Capital Management (HCM) capabilities, including HR, payroll, time and attendance, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement enhancements within the UKG product suite.
- Customize and configure UKG modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and operations teams to streamline processes.
- Integrate UKG with other enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, and third-party applications).
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics within UKG.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for UKG applications.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing cycles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on development experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) products.
- Deep understanding of HCM processes HR, payroll, timekeeping, attendance, and talent management.
- Experience with ERP systems and integrating UKG with other platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting, APIs, and custom configurations within UKG.
- Knowledge of database queries (SQL) and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- UKG product certifications.
- Experience in workforce management optimization projects.
- Prior experience in large-scale HR technology implementations.
