Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of Teamcenter (PLM) for hard goods product teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise project management, cross-functional collaboration, and PLM tools, with proven ability to manage both Agile and Waterfall projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Teamcenter PLM implementation for hard goods product teams.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct and facilitate discovery, planning, and execution workshops.
• Identify, record, and manage project risks and issues; maintain escalation plans.
• Document and manage RACI matrix and action items.
• Create and distribute weekly project status reports.
• Initiate and process project change requests when necessary.
• Lead Agile Scrum meetings and support iterative team collaboration.
• Participate in resource forecasting and manage project closure activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of recent experience managing large-scale enterprise initiatives within a PMO.
• Foundational understanding of PLM tools.
• Proven track record managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM implementations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and downstream applications in PLM environments.
• Background in Retail or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries.
• Professional certifications such as PMP , PgMP , PfMP , CAPM , Prince2, or Six Sigma (any level).

• Proficiency in RACI management, Agile leadership, and change control.
