L1/L2 Windows Desktop Support/Admin with MS CoPilot experience --Must have experience supporting - Intune mgmt. and Windows 11 upgrade experience

Location: Tampa. FL. (up to 4 days on site weekly)

Candidates must currently live in the Tampa area.

Contract length: 6+ months
Hourly rate: $34/hr.

Milestone is seeking to engage a Sr. Associate IS BSA with windows administration expertise to join the DWX team for a 6+ month + assignment. The position will perform Windows Desktop Troubleshooting, Support, and system administration for internal and EW staff members. The IS Analysts will work closely with both technical and functional groups to install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot workstation hardware and software for use of Microsoft CoPilot tool. 

Top Preferred Skill Sets:

  • 3-5 years’ experience with Windows administration.

  • Experience in a life science, and/or regulated (GXP) environment is highly desirable.

  • Windows CoPilot experience highly preferred

  • Experience with PowerShell/Bash Scripting

  • Windows Operating systems - Win10, Windows Server

  • Software/Hardware troubleshooting

  • Networking skills - TCP/IP, Windows Domains, Network configurations

  • Excellent communication, customer relations and problem-solving

  • Ability to work autonomously with follow-through to completion and documentation.

  • Organizational skills sufficient to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Office Hours:
Service will typically be provided during normal business hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays and Shutdowns. However, some work may be required to be performed before or after these hours.

Typical activities will include:

  • MS CoPilot Adoption / Upgrades: Configure and deploy.  Maintain IT asset inventory systems during deployments

  • General Ticket Resolution: Actively respond to ServiceNow tickets incidents and requests for all laboratory software and systems. Perform system administration of both local and enterprise laboratory software and systems including: user account management, licensing management.

  • Tier 1 incident response and troubleshooting.

  • Documentation: Use ServiceNow to track service requests and/or escalate issues when necessary and to keep asset inventory up-to-date.

Additional tasks may include:

Physically inventory laboratory computers 

Support corporate deployments of anti-virus, software patches to laboratory computers

Partner with Instrument vendors on system requirements, setups and configurations for new systems as well as upgrades to existing systems.


Compensation:

  • The estimated pay range for this position is USD $34.00/Hr. - USD $34.00/Hr. and is a non-Exempt role.
