SAP OTC Consultant

Location: [Chicago Downtown]

Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the OTC processes within SAP. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module and integration experience with MM, FI, and PP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and design SAP OTC solutions aligned with best practices.

  • Configure SAP SD/OTC components including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, and Returns.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, WM, PP) to ensure seamless process integration.

  • Support data migration activities related to customer master, pricing, and sales documents.

  • Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).

  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver customized solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP SD/OTC functional experience.

  • Strong understanding of Order Management, Delivery Processing, Billing, Pricing, and Revenue Recognition.

  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA preferred.

  • Knowledge of integration with FI (Accounts Receivable, Credit Management) and MM (Inventory & Procurement).

  • Ability to write detailed functional design documents.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.
