Job Details
We're seeking a talented Integration and Operations Support Technician to play a vital role in supporting and maintaining our client's enterprise technology across member firms. As a key member of our team, you'll integrate business applications and infrastructure with enterprise architecture, develop subject matter expertise, and provide top-notch operational support. We need someone to be onsite Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, ideally more if you can. For the first 2-3 weeks you ll be onsite to get your bearings. You ll be backed up by a central IT team, but this person represents the team onsite. We do offer a group healthcare plan and 401K during the contract period. This opportunity is a 3 month contract for hire. We need someone in a commutable distance to lower Manhattan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support and coordination for firm data and infrastructure integration efforts
- Deploy and maintain end-user hardware, including imaging and configuring devices
- Install and support business-critical applications on all supported devices
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating as necessary while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Manage device lifecycles, ensuring accurate records and documentation
- Utilize Microsoft Intune and related tools to manage devices, enforce configurations, and monitor compliance
- Maintain on-site equipment inventory with high accuracy
- Create and maintain clear documentation for setup procedures, application configurations, and troubleshooting steps
- Collaborate with external technical vendors and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in remote and desk-side end-user support
- Strong background in managing cross-functional technology projects, preferably in private equity, professional services, or accounting industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Windows Active Directory
- Proven track record of excellent service delivery and user satisfaction
- Ability to work independently in dynamic environments, prioritizing and troubleshooting issues quickly
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills, with high emotional intelligence and a continuous improvement mindset
