RDK-B Dev Test Engineer

RDK-B Dev Test Engineer Location: Onsite. Denver, CO

Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of projects related to SDK
* Hands on experience in RDK Dev Testing
* WiFi, DOCSIS, and RDK Middleware, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
* Oversee the development of IoT Gateways and Customer Premise Equipments, focusing on innovation and efficiency.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
* Provide technical guidance and support to teams working on Cable Modems and related technologies.
* Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
* Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and risk assessments.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, ensuring transparency and accountability.
* Evaluate project outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement and future projects.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.
* Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest technological advancements in telecommunications.

Qualifications
* Possess a strong background in SDK
* WiFi, DOCSIS, RDK-B and RDK-V Middleware, with proven experience in managing related projects.
* Demonstrate expertise in IoT Gateways and Customer Premise Equipments, showcasing the ability to drive technological advancements.
* Exhibit proficiency in Cable Modems technologies, with a focus on DOCSIS and RDK standards.
* Have excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery in a hybrid work model.
* Show strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make informed decisions.
* Display effective communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration across teams.
* Hold a relevant degree in engineering or a related field, with certifications in project management being advantageous.
