Job Details
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and transposing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for managing executive dashboards.
- Experience with BMC FootPrints ticketing system administration and support.
- Experience with process automation for data extraction tasks.
- Experience with asset management tasks and data documentation.
- Experience in software upgrade, change, and release management procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly billing extraction from SolarWinds and update Excel spreadsheets.
- Manage and support the interactive executive dashboard.
- Automate data extraction and transfer tasks as much as possible.
- Provide Tier 1 support as a backup to the FootPrints Administrator.
- Collaborate to make changes to FootPrints forms and workspaces.
- Document, update, and verify process steps for all tasks.
- Assist with asset management tasks and process documentation.
