Network Automation Engineer
Skills & Qualifications:Must-Have:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with New Relic or similar observability platforms (e.g., SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, Datadog).
- Proven experience in ServiceNow integration, including alert workflows, CMDB usage, and ticketing automations.
- Strong scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Shell for automation tasks.
- Solid understanding of SNMP, network performance metrics (TX/RX, jitter, latency, interface errors).
- Experience configuring or automating routers, switches, APs (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, etc.).
