Position Title: Senior Business Analyst, Corporate Systems

Position Summary :
The Senior Business Analyst, Corporate Systems will lead requirements, analysis, and delivery support for multiple key enterprise platforms including Oracle Fusion, Sitefolio, Accruent, and related ERPs and systems. This role bridges technology and business, ensuring clear requirements, strong cross-functional coordination, and a focus on user experience and product management best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business and product leaders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Procurement, Real Estate, and other corporate platforms.

Manage multiple concurrent projects in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication.

Collaborate with PMO and engineering teams on ERP and system configurations, with expertise in Oracle Fusion and system integrations.

Support integrations and workflows across Corporate Systems (Procurement, Real Estate, Finance).

Facilitate SIT and UAT cycles, ensuring solutions meet requirements.

Create presentations and status updates for leadership, translating technical outcomes into business impact.

Advocate for improved user experience and product rationalization across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 5 years' experience in an agile environment as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Strong background in ERP systems, ideally Oracle.

Proven project management, communication, and presentation skills.

Understanding of Product Management principles, Data Analytics, and User Experience considerations.

Engineering or technical background preferred.

Success Criteria

High-quality documentation of requirements and workflows.

Clear and effective communication with leadership and stakeholders.

Improved adoption and efficiency of key initiatives and fiscal roadmap.
