Job Description of Teamcenter Process Consultant:

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Teamcenter Process Consultant with strong expertise in Tosca Automation to support PLM process optimization and quality assurance initiatives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and automate business processes within the Teamcenter PLM environment, ensuring high-quality deliverables through robust testing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teamcenter Process Consulting:
• Analyze and optimize PLM processes using Siemens Teamcenter.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into process workflows.
• Support the implementation and customization of Teamcenter modules and workflows.
• Provide guidance on best practices for PLM process design and data management.
• Participate in the development of the OnePLM platform and other digital transformation initiatives 1.

Tosca Automation:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using Tosca TestSuite 2 3 4.
• Create and manage test scripts and modules using Tosca XScan, TBOX, and Classic engines.
• Integrate Tosca with test management tools like JIRA, QTest, or VSTS.
• Execute regression, smoke, and end-to-end test scenarios across web and SAP environments.
• Implement distributed and unattended test execution strategies.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tosca Automation and Teamcenter PLM.
• Certifications in Tosca (AS1, AS2, TDS1, TDS2, AE1, AE2) are highly preferred 3 4.
• Strong understanding of PLM processes and Tosca automation frameworks.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) is a plus.

• Teamcenter PLM (Workflows, Data Model, Integrations)
• Test Case Design, Defect Tracking, Automation Strategy
• JIRA, Confluence, QTest, VSTS

Work Environment:

• Hybrid or remote work options available.
• May require occasional travel for client engagements in Connecticut
