Job Details
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Writer with a strong background in preparing Advanced Planning Documents (APDs), grant proposals, and other technical documentation for state and federal government programs.
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in business or technical writing.
Proven experience drafting Advanced Planning Documents (APDs), government grant requests, or similar state/federal documents.
Strong understanding of CMS regulations, Medicaid IT funding requirements, and 45 CFR Part 95.
Excellent written communication, editing, formatting, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
