A remote-first startup is seeking a FullStack Engineer for a contract-to-hire opportunity. Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in full stack development
Strong backend experience with Ruby on Rails
Frontend experience with Tailwind CSS and vanilla JavaScript
Proven experience building and scaling API integrations
Ability to lead architectural decisions and roadmap planning
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
Strong communication and mentoring skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with ecommerce platforms and fulfillment systems
Familiarity with AI-driven workflows or tools
Data engineering or system monitoring experience
Interest in creator tools, automation, or digital commerce
