Position Title: KloudGin Systems Analyst

Overview
The client is seeking a Systems Analyst to support the implementation of the KloudGin Work Management (Field Service Management) solution. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on system configuration experience, and the ability to support business processes across utility or regulated environments. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, integrators, and technical teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing support of KloudGin FSM applications.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in requirements gathering, business analysis, technical design, testing, documentation, and implementation planning for KloudGin Work Management.

Consult with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, workflows, performance expectations, and system input/output requirements.

Identify and propose technical alternatives to meet business requests and optimize existing processes.

Collaborate with process owners and SMEs to define, validate, and revise user requirements; document business processes, system configurations, and functional specifications.

Analyze and map workflows to identify system impacts and recommend process improvements.

Develop testing criteria, conduct system testing, debug issues, and prepare change notices for system modifications.

Provide technical support and user training, translating complex concepts into clear, non-technical language.

Coordinate with consultants, system integrators, analysts, and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Build and maintain strong working relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Assess business processes, match requirements to system capabilities, and ensure IT applications are implemented according to defined testing standards and business needs.
Mandatory Requirements

Hands-on configuration experience with KloudGin Work Management (FSM) solution — required.

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably working with Field Service Management systems.

Proven experience with the implementation and support of FSM solutions in utility or regulated environments.

Knowledge of system integration techniques including APIs, middleware, and data migration workflows.

Understanding of mobile technologies and their application in field service operations.

Proficiency with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Experience with reporting and analytics tools relevant to FSM data.

Basic understanding of cloud-based solutions and SaaS platforms.

Familiarity with related enterprise systems such as SAP Plant Maintenance, Esri GIS, and SharePoint.
Desirable Qualifications

Solid understanding of field service operations processes and best practices.
