Job Details
Administrative Services Manager
This is a hybrid position in Nashville, TN, and the candidate must be available to report to the office at minimum 1 to 2 days per month or more as needed. Some in-state travel is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares meeting minutes and notes and edits as needed for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensures meeting minutes are finalized within a timely manner, stored electronically, and sent to appropriate staff and partners as needed.
- Monitors the allocation of funds and reviews expenditures to ensure funds are spent according to funding guidelines.
- Reviews, monitors, and analyzes budgets and expenditures.
- Prepares and submits documents for competitive procurement, tracks and monitors the process through completion.
- Performs other general administrative duties as required.
Minimum qualifications:
- Experience equivalent to substantial (five or more years of) full-time increasingly responsible professional staff administrative experience.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
- Experience with monitoring budgets and expenditures
- Strategic, critical thinking about methods to achieve outcomes.
- Ability to research and solve problems creatively.
- Collaboration and ability to work with team members to achieve program goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative, energetic approach.
- Skill in developing and maintaining effective partnerships and collaborations.
Education Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree. Qualifying fulltime increasingly responsible sub-professional, paraprofessional, or professional experience
- may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of four years.
