Job Title: Workday Developer
Work Location : Charlotte, NC 28202/ Onsite in Charlotte for Hybrid model - onsite 3 days a week.
Duration : 12 months
Interview : ** Video conference interview with tech panel.



Mandatory Skills : **Software Developer IV ** Workday Integration/Workday Studio; ** Workday API, XML/XSLT experience; ** Seasoned developer with exceptional analytical and leadership skills; **Must have excellent coding skills, self-starter who will take initiative and lead, able to mentor and coach junior team members. Excellent communication skills - Able to work with both the business and tech teams troubleshoot and resolve issues

As a member of Workday HR technology team, gather requirements from users, analyze, and create a high-level solution that meets Client 's architecture standards. Also, design, develop and maintain integrations within the Client 's workday ecosystem.

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related discipline preferred.

8+ years of Workday Integration experience is required.

8+ years of HR domain experience is required.

Expert knowledge developing integrations using EIB, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio

Thorough understanding of XSLT, Document Transformation and utilizing them in integrations

Understanding of different types of Workday integrations, capabilities, and limitations. Prior workday integration development experience is a plus, but not required.

Ability to Workday reports and calculated fields

Creating complex Workday reports and calculated fields

Knowledge of Workday Business Processes and Integration Security is required.

Hands on experience using Workday API (both get/put)

Experience writing and reviewing software design specifications in an object-oriented development environment.

HR domain knowledge Core, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Performance, and Absence modules

Prior working experience with Agile methodology preferred.

Ability to identify and resolve the issues quickly and work with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of all phases of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support.

Ability to respond directly to questions from business clients.

Knowledge of standard change management tools and processes.

Ability to work in a team environment.
