Job Title: Tech Architect (Java or .NET) Low-Code Development
Location: Remote USA
Employment Type: Contract LongTerm

As a Full Stack Architect, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end technical solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring scalable, maintainable architectures that align with client goals. You will bring deep expertise in either Java or .NET technologies, while also leveraging modern low-code platforms to accelerate solution delivery where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and design full-stack solutions using Java or .NET technologies.
  • Leverage low-code platforms (e.g., Mendix, OutSystems, Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, etc.) to accelerate development cycles.
  • Define system architecture, application design standards, integration patterns, and technology roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, technical mentoring, and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Integrate APIs, third-party services, and enterprise systems.
  • Develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for evaluating technologies or validating architectural approaches.
  • Ensure non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, and maintainability) are accounted for.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in full-stack and low-code development.

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in full-stack application development and architecture.
  • Expertise in Java/Spring Boot or .NET Core/.NET Framework.
  • Strong front-end experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
  • Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience or close collaboration with Low-Code/No-Code development platforms.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in low-code platforms (e.g., Unqork, Mendix Rapid Developer, OutSystems Associate, Power Platform).
  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Prior experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial domains.
