Required Skills and Experience:
- 7+years of core development experience in .
- 4-5 years of Omni-Channel experience in Lightning Components, Lightning Events, Lightning Page Templates.
- 4-5 years of development experience in Visualforce, Apex, and Process Flows.
- 4-5 years of development experience in MuleSoft.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud & Integration.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Omni-Channel and administration, including: Defining routing, queues, user management, security controls, and data governance.
