Job Details
Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Director of PMO to join our team in Mclean, VA. The Director of PMO will oversee the entire Project management process including team leadership and quality control.
Responsibilities for the Director of PMO include:
Ensure product delivery processes and procedures are modern and effective in delivering high-profile programs to clients; evolve and continually improve delivery management lifecycle process.
Interface with other practice leaders to ensure approach and processes align to the overall cross-functional business needs.
Provide guidance and expertise to PMO to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget.
Interface with geographically dispersed clients on an as-needed basis - i.e., milestone meetings, unexpected delivery issues, client relationship building, etc.
Qualifications for the Director of PMO include:
10+ years managing large, complex programs and projects, preferably in a commercial or "for profit" setting.
Extensive experience defining processes and procedures around organizational PMO.
Demonstrated experience leading the implementation of SAAS financial services products.
Bachelor's Degree
Compensation for the Director of PMO include:
Salary Range: $150,000/ yr. - $180,000/ yr. (based on experience)
