Job Details

We are seeking an experienced JDA Enterprise Planning Suite (E-Planning / EPM) Consultant Version 19.2 to support implementation, enhancement, and production support of JDA planning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across demand planning, supply planning, and allocation/replenishment with a solid understanding of retail planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support implementation and enhancement of JDA Enterprise Planning Suite v19.2 (E-Planning / EPM)

  • Configure and customize planning modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Allocation, and Replenishment

  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions

  • Design and develop planning hierarchies, calendars, measures, workflows, and business rules

  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning

  • Support integrations between JDA E-Planning and upstream/downstream systems (ERP, POS, WMS, etc.)

  • Handle production support, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and system optimization

  • Prepare functional and technical documentation

  • Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams in an Agile or hybrid delivery model.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with JDA Enterprise Planning Suite (E-Planning / EPM)

  • Strong experience specifically with Version 19.2

  • Solid understanding of Retail / Supply Chain planning concepts

  • Experience in configuration, customization, and deployment of planning solutions

  • Strong SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting

  • Experience working with large data volumes and complex planning models

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
