Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud(ORC) Consultant with Journey experience to join our team remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions, including Journey, to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud, including Journey, to meet client requirements
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions using Oracle Recruiting Cloud
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure solutions meet business needs
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Oracle Recruiting Cloud configurations and customizations
- Provide training and support to clients on Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions

Requirements:
- Total IT experience of around 10+ years
5+ years of experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud, including Journey
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionality, including recruitment process management, candidate management, and reporting
- Experience with Oracle Journey, including implementation, configuration, and optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have:
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud certification
- Experience with other Oracle Cloud applications, such as Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle ERP Cloud
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Experience with data migration and integration tools
