You are:A Senior Mobile Hybrid Developer who thrives on creating high-quality mobile solutions. You're passionate about delivering engaging apps across industries and comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional teams. The work:- Collaborate with designers, developers, PMs, and QA in agile, cross-disciplinary teams
- Build and maintain high-quality mobile apps using React Native and/or Flutter
- Contribute to system design and participate in architecture/code reviews
- Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs and modern backend services
- Drive agile ceremonies and communicate progress, risks, and plans with clients
- Ensure quality through automated testing, CI/CD, and performance monitoring
Basic Qualifications:- 3+ years of professional Android or iOS mobile development experience
- 2+ years working in team-based environments
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in React Native, Flutter or Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree (or 12+ years equivalent work experience)
- Experience with native iOS (Swift, Xcode, iOS SDK) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java, Android Studio)
- Familiarity with mobile app architecture patterns (MVVM, Redux, etc.)
- Proficiency with REST/JSON APIs or GraphQL
- Experience with automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Knowledge of advanced mobile features such as push notifications, offline storage, Bluetooth, or RxSwift/RxJava

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
