Job Title: SAP BRIM Consultant

Location: Harrisburg, PA (3-4 times per month at their own expense)

This is a hybrid, mostly remote position. Candidate may be required to travel to the commission s headquarters on a as needed basis mainly for the critical phases of the project such as requirements gathering, solution confirmation, System Integration testing, UAT, Go-live, and hyper care.

Desired Skillset

• The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementations of various sizes. Implementation experience for a tolling back office or for a large-scale call center based back office is highly desired. Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Work, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft Project.
• Additional beneficial skills include:
• ServiceNow Experience in PPM and ITSM modules
• Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects
• ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies
• Provide daily and hourly direction and support to the IT UBOS Team as assigned
• Work with the business departments staff and determine priorities and schedules for the work to be performed
• Ability to work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned
• Utilizes various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties
• Performs related duties as assigned

Minimum Experience

• 5 years of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) system functional support experience.
• 1 successful SAP BRIM implementation experience in an SAP S/4 HANA landscape.
• Certifications / Education in all cases
• Bachelor s degree in business management or information systems. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.

Engagement Requirements

• The Candidate shall be located within the Continental United States. There is no opportunity for Off-shore resources for this Statement of Work. While the engagement will be largely remote and the candidate can be located anywhere within the continental US, the candidate maybe required to travel to the commission s headquarters on a as needed basis mainly for the critical phases of the project such as requirements gathering, solution confirmation, System Integration testing, UAT, Go-live, and hyper care. No additional travel expense will be provided.
