Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Services Growth Marketing team. The successful candidate will plan, track, and launch campaigns and projects that support the ongoing growth and enjoyment of the client's media services, including Music, TV, Arcade, News, Fitness+, One, and more. This role requires a deep understanding of subscription media services, marketing campaigns, product development lifecycles, and the ability to collaborate flexibly and in real-time. The candidate will work closely with global and cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Product, Operations, Business, and Marketing. The role involves prioritizing strategic marketing campaigns, evaluating feature performance, and partnering with the Marketing team in strategic planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, track, and launch campaigns and projects to support media services growth.
  • Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Operations, Business, and Marketing.
  • Prioritize strategic marketing campaigns and feature requests.
  • Evaluate feature performance and partner with the Marketing team for strategic planning.
  • Develop and evolve collaboration platforms to track and prioritize programs, feature enhancements, and status updates.
  • Provide reporting on project, program, and product status across various business lifecycles.
  • Create and manage tools for marketing, business, and product leaders to evaluate and prioritize a large portfolio of projects.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in project and process management with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and prioritization.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing project workflows using tools such as Quip, Confluence, Wrike, etc.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to partners at all organizational levels.
  • Expertise in working autonomously across multiple teams in ambiguous situations with high-level direction.
  • Experience partnering with product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to prioritize new features, programs, and capabilities.
  • Proven ability to track and manage multiple projects, businesses, and products within tight deadlines using methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
  • A strong team player who can influence and drive decision-making for the group as a whole.

Pay Range: $75 - $80

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
