Job Position: Sr. Project Manager, Analytics Lead
Job Location: Livermore, CA
Job Duration: Full Time
Job Responsibilities
As Sr. Project Manager and Analytics Lead Architect, you will be responsible to build the strategy and roadmap for Spares Analytics. In collaboration with the data architecture, business, and development teams, you will lead and coordinate the implementation of the analytics programs. Also, you will guide application and business development teams in the analytics design of complex solutions and ensure that they are in alignment with the COE data principles, standards, and strategies.
- Lead data reporting and analytics strategic plans and support the development of enterprise data and analytics initiatives for Global Spares organization in alignment with Analytics guidelines.
- Manage, plan, and organize the overall data and analytics program and activities of Spares aligned with the mission, vision, strategic direction, and goals of line of business by leading key initiatives.
- Develop line of business data and analytics program goals and deploy key metrics related to these line of business data and analytics metrics.
- Explore and advance innovative data and analytics solutions.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels; manage high level customer relations; communicate and collaborate with external partners.
- Communicate and update status of data and analytics to the line of business.
- Create clear and concise reports in a variety of formats (using PowerBI/BI tools, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
- 12 years’ experience in working in a Spares or Operations management role.
- Proficiency with PowerBI and Data Operations, Data Infrastructure, and Data Management.
- Analytics (e.g., business intelligence, data product and reporting, data processing and manipulation, data science, statistics, machine learning, geospatial analyses, applied research methods, data to decision frameworks, etc.)
- Cloud based analytics tools such as data factory, data fabric, synapse, SAP HANA etc.
- Using data integration across a variety of sources using R, Python, or similar tools
- Working with modern data infrastructures (e.g., data lakes, graph databases, etc.)
- Demonstrated program management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to business groups and leadership.
Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $101K- $140k
