Job Title: Salesforce ERP Consultant Remote Location

100% Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce ERP Consultant to design, implement, and support Salesforce-based ERP solutions that integrate core business functions such as Finance, Order Management, Inventory, Billing, and Procurement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce ERP-related products and integrations, working closely with business and technical teams in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Salesforce ERP solutions using Salesforce Core Platform and ERP-integrated products

  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, flows, validations, and reports to support ERP processes

  • Work with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Billing, CPQ, Order Management, or ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, etc.)

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs

  • Integrate Salesforce with external ERP, finance, and supply chain systems using APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware tools

  • Support data migration, testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live activities

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with enterprise standards

  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment

  • Provide production support, enhancements, and optimization of ERP workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud)

  • 3+ years of experience working on ERP-related implementations

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • Salesforce configuration (Flows, Objects, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards)

    • ERP business processes (Finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory)

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Revenue Cloud, or Order Management

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft preferred)

  • Strong functional analysis and documentation skills

  • Experience working in remote Agile/Scrum teams

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, CPQ Specialist)

  • Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform

  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday ERP systems

  • Experience with Salesforce FinancialForce (Certinia)

  • Prior experience in enterprise or multi-cloud Salesforce implementations

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
