How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead collaboration with stakeholders to understand business processes and technology needs
- Gather and document business and functional requirements, translating them into actionable technical solutions
- Participate in Agile routines, including Daily Standups, Backlog Replenishment, User Story Mapping, and Flow Review
- Support User Acceptance Testing and ensure high-quality deliverables meet business expectations
- Provide Level 2 support, performing root cause analysis and partnering with IT and business teams to resolve issues
- Analyze data sources, create data mappings, and contribute to ETL processes supporting business intelligence strategies
Do You Bring Proven Success as an IT Business Analyst?
To be successful in this role, you should bring:
- 5-7 years of experience with IT solution implementations
- Bachelor's degree required (Business degree preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to foster trusted partnerships across business and IT teams
- Experience creating functional designs, process flows, and solution options
- Hands-on experience with SQL (required)
- Proven ability to manage and facilitate effective meetings
- Self-directed, proactive approach to prioritizing and executing work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to constructively challenge and actively listen
