Job Description:

  • We re Looking for a strategic problem-solver with deep media measurement expertise someone equally comfortable writing SQL queries, architecting data measurement frameworks, and presenting to C-level executives.
  • We are seeking a Media Measurements/ to design and implement modern media measurement solutions that drive stronger business outcomes and enable AI-driven innovation. This role combines strategic client leadership with deep technical expertise in data infrastructure and digital media measurement.
  • You will be the trusted advisor to agencies and enterprise clients, leading the adoption of client s measurement capabilities (GA4, gTag, Ads Data Manager, sGTM, PAIR, etc.) and ensuring they are fully operationalized to deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of measurement solutions, owning the durable measurement narrative with clients and agencies.
  • Partner with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to execute technical projects and accelerate infrastructure deployment.
  • Drive adoption and operationalization of advanced measurement solutions (e.g., Enhanced Conversions, GA4, Ads Data Manager, sGTM, PAIR).
  • Translate complex technical and data-driven insights into clear business value propositions for executives and client leadership.
  • Develop and review Joint Business Plans (JBPs), identifying opportunities to optimize strategies and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to analyze business performance, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
  • Provide analytical consulting across sales, marketing, and product development to inform business decisions and Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Influence executive stakeholders by articulating the value of modern measurement strategies and data transformation initiatives (e.g., predictive bidding, lead scoring).
  • Deliver research, insights, and data-driven narratives that support client business strategies and consumer engagement.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in media analytics, digital media, advertising sales, or management consulting.
  • Hands-on expertise with SQL, GA4, gTag, Ads Data Manager, sGTM, and PAIR.
  • Strong knowledge of data infrastructure ecosystems for media measurement and marketing.
  • Proven experience working with agencies or enterprise clients to design and implement scalable solutions.
  • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving adoption of complex solutions.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
