AI Technical Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development and execution of
Applied AI products in a distributed, onshore-offshore model. This role requires a deep understanding of
AI/ML capabilities, strong technical acumen, and excellent cross-functional coordination skills. You will drive product strategy, prioritize features, and collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders across global time zones.

Location - Milpitas, CA OR Tampa, FL

Working model - Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered solutions, from ideation and roadmap creation
to delivery and post-launch optimization.
Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements that align with customer needs and AI feasibility.
Lead cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations, ensuring consistent communication, alignment, and delivery against timelines.
Partner with data scientists and ML engineers to scope and prioritize high-impact features, ensuring models are production-ready and integrated with end-user applications.
Create and manage detailed product backlogs, epics, user stories, and sprint plans using Agile methodologies.
Serve as the voice of the customer and market, conducting user research, analyzing data, and synthesizing insights to guide decision-making.
Mitigate risks by proactively identifying roadblocks, managing dependencies, and aligning stakeholders across engineering, QA, and delivery teams.
Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate product performance, user adoption, and impact of AI features in production.

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or technical product certification is a plus.
8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years building and delivering AI/ML-based products.
Demonstrated experience in leading distributed teams across global time zones (onshore-offshore
delivery model).
Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, NLP, computer vision, generative AI, and
related frameworks.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and familiarity with ML Ops pipelines.
Hands-on experience integrating AI models into SaaS products or enterprise systems.
Proficiency in Agile practices and tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
Strong analytical skills and experience defining and tracking AI product KPIs and metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
A track record of successfully launching AI-powered features in fast-paced environments, including
startups or innovation teams.
Must have launched at least one enterprise product in the market collaborating with marketing and
sales
Must have experience interacting with customers
Experience with retail, fintech highly preferred
